The beta waitlist

Edict is in development. Joining the waitlist requests beta invitations and occasional product updates, not a product account or paid service.

The signup form is provided by Kit. When enabled, Kit receives your email address directly through its embedded form. Kit may also process technical information, including IP address, browser details, referring pages, and campaign attribution, under its own privacy policy.

We use the waitlist to send beta invitations and Edict product updates. We do not sell subscriber information. You can unsubscribe using a link in each marketing email. Kit may keep suppression records to respect unsubscribe requests.

We keep your email address on the waitlist until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion. The operator can export subscriber records from Kit.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the static website and may process request information such as your IP address and browser details for delivery and security. Kit processes subscriptions when the signup form is enabled. These providers may process information outside your country.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is off unless a measurement ID is configured and you select “Allow analytics.” Your choice is stored in this browser as edict-analytics. You can change it through Cookie settings in the footer.

If you allow analytics, Google receives page visits and technical browser information. Our page-view configuration excludes the URL query string. We do not send signup email addresses to analytics. Google may set analytics cookies. Declining stops future loading; it does not delete previously collected data or cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser.

Read Google’s privacy policy. The owner must disable enhanced measurement of forms and site search in GA4 before enabling analytics.

Changes

We will update this page when our tools or data use change. This policy describes the marketing website, not the future Edict platform.
